Access Yoga Nidra’s to listen to wherever you are…

I am delighted to have developed a library of yoga nidra relaxation meditations for you to use whenever you feel the need for deep rest.

You can practise yoga nidra at any time of the day (or night) to re-energise, re-balance and relax. My yoga nidra guidance invites you towards a deeply relaxed state of mind and body, whilst you are still awake. You float between consciousness and unconsciousness being aware of the resting state of the body and mind as it is happening in the moment.

It is an effortless, guided yoga relaxation and meditation practice that anyone can do. It is usually done lying down in stillness using blankets and cushions as support. But you can practice sitting up if you wish.

The practices can be used to support sleep and help you drift off to sleep at bedtime, or if you wake in the night

Content is added monthly following our Yoga for Deep Rest class.

All you need is internet connection, somewhere comfortable to lie down, a pillow and a blanket to get going.

Where to find the Yoga Nidra Audio Library

Access to the library sits within my Content Library of On-Demand Classes. So if you buy access to the Nidra Library, you also have access to the video library of classes as well.

log in to your Punchpass account (or create one) at https://breathingspaceyoga.punchpass.com if you have access to the library through a current pass you will see a tab called Content Library - click there and you'll see all the videos, and also the Yoga Nidra Library section which has a PDF document.

Open the PDF document, it will have the link to the private webpage hosting the library and the current password to access the library. You can click the link on the PDF to take you to the private page. Passwords are updated monthly.

If you don’t see access to the content library tab click on the passes tab to buy a pass to access the library.

 

Download Your Yoga Nidra to access at anytime…

Each half term the most recent yoga nidra is available as an MP3 to download to your device. This means you can build up your own off-line library to use without the need for an internet connection and you can save it to other devices.
