On-demand video library
Your own yoga studio at home!
My Library of classes is like your own home yoga studio. There’s over 170 classes to choose from.
There's a range of mixed level, gentle and deep rest classes and they are all organised so that you can find what you fancy. You can access the videos on demand via Punchpass which hosts the library for me.
So all you need is internet connection, a mat, a couple of cushions and a bit of space to get going.

Some students love to be in-person in class, connecting to the teacher and other students in the present moment. Recently we’ve all had to adapt to being online more, including with our yoga classes. There have been some huge benefits to attending classes online - accessing classes that are usually not at the right time or in the right place for us, not having to travel to and from class and being able to enjoy yoga confidently at home under the guidance of a teacher are just some of them. Many of my students have found my video library has opened up an opportunity to do more yoga in their week at times that suit them, or to make up classes they can’t attend live.
Where to find the library
log in to your Punchpass account (or create one) at https://breathingspaceyoga.punchpass.com/classes if you have access to the library through a current pass you will see a tab called Content Library - click there and you'll see all the videos.
If it’s not there click on the passes tab to buy a pass to access the library.
Using the online library means you can:
access a yoga class at anytime as long as you have an internet connection
choose the class you’d like to do to suit your energy and your body at that particular time
pause a class to work on a pose or breathing practice for longer
rewind a class to repeat poses or sections of the class
skip the bits that don’t suit your body
do part of a class if you don’t have much time or you’d just like to do the relaxation at the end!
enjoy some classes with me before committing to a block of classes either online or in-person
do yoga when you have the time, there’s no commitment to a block of classes if you perhaps work shifts or are only available some of the time.
attend a class without the need for a babysitter
A few tips for practicing at home:
you will need a mat, cushion and blanket as a minimum. Yoga blocks, a soft belt or yoga belt and more blankets and cushions will all help you in your practice. Occasionally a class will need a chair or a bit of wall space - but there’s always alternatives and prop lists are in the video descriptions for each class.
you need to have a bit of space at home to practice, as much space around your mat as possible, but a small amount of space is fine (be careful of light fittings and breakables!)
don't worry if your family or pets are about - get them to join in, make it fun, do what you can when you can - you may not have a silent house but that’s ok.
I can't keep an eye on you as I would in an in-person class, be aware of not doing anything you are not comfortable with.
Here’s where a couple of my students (and their furry friends!) have set up to practice using the library.
To get access click on the button below to take you to my booking system Punchpass.
The videos are intended to support the yoga that you experience in your regular weekly face-to-face class, but they can be used as a stand alone practice.
