Sleep may be difficult during menopause, so you can re-balance lost sleep and give your body a deep and restful experience using yoga nidra. You can listen to a yoga nidra relaxation anytime of day. Lots of people use them to help them fall asleep, or get back to sleep if they wake in the night.
You will get access to menopause yoga nidras that I have recorded live in classes (I continue to add to these), and non-specific yoga nidras from my mini-library.
Tools for a Positive Menopause Downloadable PDF
I have created this toolkit from the information I share at in-person menopause classes. In it you will find the key areas I think are important for supporting your menopause journey, how to bring them into balance if needed, and lots of links and resources to local and national organisations, podcasts, websites, books and social media accounts that you might find useful. It includes:
Minimising stress, educating yourself on all things menopause, nutrition, movement, rest, accepting menopause as your own unique transfomational journey, where to find support and more.
You will have access to all the above for just one payment of £55
The benefits of practising yoga at home:
A home practice can never quite replace a face to face class with a teacher, who will keep an eye on you, keep you safe and help you with adjustments. A class also gives you a community of others on their menopause journey. But doing yoga at home can be useful if you can’t get to a local class, or would just prefer to support yourself in your own space in your own time.
You can practice anytime
You don’t need much space - just a rectangle for your mat
You can do ten minutes or an hour depending on what time you have
It gives you guided classes and techniques between face to face classes
it supports your confidence and wellbeing.
