10 Ten Minute Practices
As I continue to celebrate 10 years of teaching I’m offering you these 10 Ten Minute Practices suitable for all (except pregnancy).
Each ten minute video offers a gentle yoga practice, and each works with a different area of the body, or type of practice. At the start of video I will tell you if you need anything such as a cushion, blanket or wall space. I also give options and alternatives e.g. using a chair instead of sitting on the floor.
You can watch the 10 minute videos direct from the blog :)
These are great for beginners to get a feel for yoga movement and practice. Also good for experienced yoga students to get ten minutes of breathing space in your day.
Please see the disclaimer at the end of this post - be sure to check with your medical practitioner before doing these practices.
Do one or more of the practices to suit what your body needs, you don’t have to do them in order although they work well that way if you are doing more than one at a time. Enjoy!
