I also warmly welcome you to join me at one of my half-termly ‘Yoga for Deep Rest’ classes. They are the last Monday evening class of each half term.

To book a space:
Login at https://breathingspaceyoga.punchpass.com click on the class on the calendar and it will reserve you on. It will show as Mixed Level class but there should be a note above confirming its the Deep Rest class.

Here’s what you can expect in our Deep Rest class:

“Receive the breath, receive the weight of the body, receive the moment. Give up ambition, give up movement, give up fear… and rest.” Judith Hanson Lasater

During the session I offer a yoga nidra practice, and I will also will guide you into one or two restorative yoga poses to help the body to physically relax and release. Each pose is tailored to the needs of each individual student to ensure maximum comfort and ease. Poses are supported by whatever you have to hand - cushions, blankets, pillows and yoga props if you have them and sometimes a chair or wall can be used as well. You are also welcome to just rest in your favourite position or even in bed!

The class is suitable for everyone aged 16+, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
