Hello! I’m Sarah and I am passionate about the benefits of yoga for everyone.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practised before, you're warmly welcome here. My classes are friendly, supportive, and designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
You’ll enjoy simple, mindful yoga which helps you to ease your body, balance your nervous system, quieten your mind and give you space to rest and breathe.
Each session offers options and alternatives so you can move at your own pace, in a way that works for your body and mind. It’s not about being flexible or getting it “right” – it’s about enjoying the journey and finding what feels good for you.
Stepping into a new class can feel a bit daunting, but you’ll be met with a smile and a space where everyone is respected and encouraged.

Yoga helps me to create space for my mind as well as my body. It’s not only about moving my body with awareness, but also time to connect to myself fully. My classes are designed so that you can do the same.
I have been a student of Yoga since 2001, when I first went to a yoga class and made it a regular part of my life. For me the journey of yoga renews every time I come back to my mat or find space to breathe.
I began teaching yoga in 2013, simply to pass on the benefits that I was getting from yoga to others. The classes I teach, my passion for mindful yoga and my own life milestones influence the ongoing and organic growth of the types of classes and workshops I offer.
I look forward to each class I teach and each workshop or training I attend. They all add learning and richness to my yoga practice. which I then pass on to my students. Learn more about my journey here…
