How to book your Pregnancy Yoga Class

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I’m really pleased you are interested in booking onto a class. You can join anytime after you turn 14 weeks pregnant.

Please note that this class is often full.  If when you try to book on using Punchpass it shows as full, please contact me to be added to the waiting list.  When spaces are available I will send an email to the waiting list and places are allocated when payment is received on a first come first served basis. Thank you.

Please follow the next few steps to book your class:

1.Fill in the Medical Form below

(don’t forget to click submit! this is emailed direct to me)

2.Pay for your class:

Payment is made in half term blocks (usually 6 classes £48). Half terms can run for 5 weeks up to 8 and the fee is worked out at £8 per class.

  • payment is required in advance to confirm your space
  • pay via Punchpass Go to the calendar and click on the class you want to book onto. You will be prompted to set up a login and then make payment. If you have any problems let me know.

Pregnancy Yoga T&Cs:

  • payment is required in advance to confirm your space.
  • each half term block is date specific and there are no refunds for missed classes.
  • ladies attending class get priority in booking the next block of classes, a link to purchase the pass and deadline date for priority will be emailed to you during the half term block. After this date the class will be opened up to the pregnancy waiting list. Please ensure you book your next block to reserve your space .
  • If your baby is due during the half-term block, you can decide whether to invest in the whole block or request a half block of classes directly with me. (I will arrange a separate payment for this). Please note there are no refunds for full or half blocks of classes.
  • If I have to cancel a class due to illness etc the class will be rearranged or refunded as needed.

3.Reserve onto the classes you want to come to in advance:

Once payment is received you are automatically reserved onto your half term of classes, but please check the reservations at your account:

What to bring to class:

  •  Please bring a cushion and a blanket with you.
  • If at all possible please bring with you a birthing/exercise ball which is invaluable for helping your posture during pregnancy, and helps baby move to the optimal birthing position. (make sure it is non-burst so it deflates rather than pops if you get a puncture in it)
  • Feel free to bring water and a small snack if you like too.
  • Wear comfortable clothes, warm layers in winter, and we work with bare feet to avoid any slipping (you are welcome to wear grippy socks such as totes).
  • I do provide water at class and other equipment needed including mats but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.
