Pregnancy Yoga T&Cs

  • 6 week passes can be bought online via Punchpass or paid for in class using cash. Tasters are payable by cash in class.
  • You have 6 weeks to take your 6 classes. When your pass expires you need to purchase your next pass to keep your space as I continue to have a waiting list.
  • Please reserve on to all classes you are coming along to.
  • If you are not coming back to class please let me know asap. At the end of your pregnancy I refund any credits left after your baby’s birth date or transfer them to Mum and Baby yoga classes.
  • My holidays are not included in your 6 weeks and adjustments will be made as necessary to extend your block beyond any holiday weeks I take.

3.Reserve onto the classes you want to come to in advance:

Once payment is received I will reserve you onto 6 weeks of classes but please check the reservations:
You have a space until you have your baby or you tell me that you are no longer coming to class.  Payment of blocks must be made continuously to keep your space.

What to bring to class:

  •  Please bring a cushion and a blanket with you.
  • If at all possible please bring with you a birthing/exercise ball which is invaluable for helping your posture during pregnancy, and helps baby move to the optimal birthing position. (make sure it is non-burst so it deflates rather than pops if you get a puncture in it)
  • Feel free to bring water and a small snack if you like too.
  • Wear comfortable clothes, and we work with bare feet to avoid any slipping (you are welcome to wear grippy socks such as totes).
  • I do provide water at class and other equipment needed including mats but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.
