How to book your Mum and Baby Yoga Class

Congratulations on the birth of your little one.

I’m really pleased you are interested in booking onto a class.

Classes run in term-time. You can join anytime after your baby has turned 6 weeks. If you start part way through a half term you pay for the remaining weeks.

If when you try to book on the class shows as full, please contact me to be added to the waiting list. When spaces are available I will send an email to the waiting list and places are allocated when payment is received on a first come first served basis.

 Please follow the next few steps to book your class:

1.Fill in the Medical Form below

(don’t forget to click submit! this is emailed direct to me)  

2.Pay for your class:

  • Payment must be made before you start to ensure your space.
  • pay via Punchpass for blocks of classes please set up your own login ( to reset passwords login and click forgot password) any problems get in touch.

Mum and Baby Yoga T&Cs

  • payment is required in advance to confirm your space.
  • each half term block is date specific and there are no refunds for missed classes.
  • ladies attending class get priority in booking the next block of classes, a link to purchase the pass and deadline date for priority will be emailed to you during the half term block. After this date the class will be opened up to the pregnancy waiting list. Please ensure you book your next block to reserve your space.
  • If your baby is due during the half-term block, you can decide whether to invest in the whole block or request a half block of classes directly with me. (I will arrange a separate payment for this). Please note there are no refunds for full or half blocks of classes.
  • If I have to cancel a class due to illness etc the class will be rearranged or refunded as needed.

3.Reserve onto the classes you want to come to in advance:

 What to bring to class:
  • a blanket 
  • Your baby may get hungry during or at the end of class so bring milk/food too. 
  • I provide water and biscuits but feel free to bring something with you for yourself. 
  • You and baby should wear comfortable clothes
  • We work with bare feet to avoid any slipping (you are welcome to wear grippy socks such as totes). 
  • Otherwise just bring yourselves.
