How to book your Adult Yoga Class

I’m really pleased you are interested in booking onto a class. You can join anytime.

Please follow the next few steps to book your class:

1.Fill in the Medical Form below

(don’t forget to click submit! this is emailed direct to me)  I will reply to you as soon as I get your form to confirm your space in class .

2.Reserve your space

  • login to Punchpass you can set up your own login or I may have already sent one to you if you have filled in a form. (to reset passwords –  login and click forgot password)
  • reservations get priority so make sure you have reserved each class you want to come along to to ensure your space 

Please cancel any reservations you cannot make as soon as you can so that the space can be opened up for other students. Thank you.

3.Pay for your class:

What to bring to class:

  • Please bring a blanket with you.  
  • Bring water with you
  • Wear comfortable clothes – layers are best especially in winter
  • We work with bare feet to avoid any slipping (you are welcome to wear grippy socks such as totes).  
  • A mat if you have one, but I do have a few to borrow.
